I used Adobe Photoshop Elements Suite 7.0 (one of my older programs, I don't use it anymore) to create the frames and animate it by clicking "Save for Web." Today, I use Adobe Photoshop CS to create animation frames, and then carry them over to Adobe ImageReady CS to animate. :3 ( Sorry if that sounded a bit confusing! ^-^; )

Adobe photoshop Elements! I used that for this becuase did it a while back. I use CS nowadays. And no prob! :hug:
